＂低碳消费＂目前已成为国内学术界的研究热点问题,但对低碳消费文化的研究还很少。低碳消费文化是低碳消费理念、低碳消费方式、低碳消费行为和低碳消费环境的总和。河北省消费文化上存在消费方式高碳化、低碳消费技术水平低、市场混乱等问题,我们必须积极创造条件培育低碳消费文化。唯有如此才能通过低碳消费文化促进消费与生产系统的协同与各自的均衡,为低碳经济建立有效支撑。

Low carbon consumption has become the hot research topics of domestic academic,however,there are few studies of low carbon consumption culture.Authors believe that the low carbon consumption culture is an aggregate concept of low carbon consumption,low carbon consumption pattern,low carbon consumption behavior and low carbon consumption environment.The consumption culture in Hebei still exists problems such as high carbonation on consumption patterns,low level of low carbon consumption technology,confusion in the market.We should create positive conditions for cultivating low carbon consumption culture so as to promote the collaboration between consumption and production systems and the respective balance through low carbon consumption culture.It can also establish an effective support for low carbon economy.
