含H2S天然气在生产和集输过程中都可能发生元素硫沉积,引起井筒、地面集输管线堵塞,危害巨大,是含硫气藏生产过程中必须解决的关键难题之一。本文介绍了酸性气田的元素硫来源,元素硫沉积的影响因素,沉积机理,预测模型,并指出向井口或管线注入溶硫剂是当今解决硫堵问题的有效措施之一。潮湿或含水汽的元素硫与金属直接接触可能导致设备发生灾难性的腐蚀问题,腐蚀机理复杂。本文还总结了元素硫腐蚀控制技术及沉积治理方面的研究进展。

Elemental sulfur associated with sour gas systems may deposit and block wellbore and gathering pipelines during the production and transportation, and create a serious safety problem that must be addressed in the sour gas reservoir production process. The sources of elemental sulfur, the impact factors of elemental sulfur deposition, deposition mechanism and prediction models were introduced. The injection of sulfur solvent to wellhead or pipelines is one of the effective measures to minimize sulfur plugging. The direct contact of wet or water - vapor - containing elemental sulfur with mild steel can cause catastrophic corrosion problems and its corrosion mechanism is complex. The research and development of elemental sulfur corrosion control technologies as well as control of elemental sulfur deposition were also reviewed.
