文章根据内蒙古自治区水资源的基本情况和分布特点,结合水资源开发利用现状,分析了在水资源开发利用现状中存在的主要问题,并提出了提高水资源利用效率的措施,为更好的解决水资源紧缺带来的矛盾,提供了可行的建设意见。

According to the basic situation and distribution characteristics of water resources in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, combined with the present situation of water resources, this paper analyzed the existing problems in present situation of water resources development and utilization, and put forward the measures to improve the efficiency of water resources utilization, and at last , provided feasible suggestions to solve the conflicts due to shortage of water resources.
