The amine phosphate compounds" syntheses were introduced and their friction - reducing, antiwear and EP per- formances in different base oils were evaluated with four - ball test machine. The research indicated, although the additives exhibit almost no antiwear property, but possess excellent EP performances, by which PB and PD can increase greatly in different base oils; the additives can also reduce obviously the friction coefficient of ester and ester - containing poly α - ole- fin (PAO) base oils. The additives can also improve lubricant's Timken EP performance, and does not corrode non -ferrous metals due to no content of sulfur. The additives can be used in industrial oil, gear oil, metalworking fluid, grease and avia- tion oil.
