针对部分批次HM68抗磨液压油在20 L注塑桶储存过程中产生少量褐黑色沉淀现象,从产品调合、灌装过程、基础油性能、注塑桶储存稳定性等方面进行分析,指出产生沉淀的原因主要有:在调合罐新改造或清罐后使用脉冲调合工艺生产液压油时容易产生沉淀;基础油质量与液压油沉淀关联度较高;注塑桶的静电也可能是促使油品产生沉淀的重要原因。结合实际提出一些预防沉淀的具体措施。

The creation causes of brown - black precipitate in the storage of some batches of HM68 antiwear hydraulic Oll filled in 20 - litre injection - molded barrel are investigated. The product blending, filling process, base oil performance, as well as the storage stability of injection - molded barrel are analyzed comprehensively. In the situation of just revamped blending tanks ,or after finishing tank cleaning, using pulse blending process to produce hydraulic oil can easily lead to precipi- tate. The quality of base oil is highly related to the precipitation of hydraulic oil. Static electricity of injection - molded barrel may also be an important cause of precipitation creation in hydraulic oil. And the practical measures of controlling precipitati- on are also proposed.
