“村改居”社区文化建设是我国新时期农村文化建设的重要组成部分，对农民的全面发展和农村整体精神风貌的改善具有重要意义。文章基于青岛市后田社区的实地调查，对“村改居”后田社区文化建设状况从社区物质文化、精神文化、制度文化和行为文化等方面进行了分析，并提出了搭建社区文化平台、尊重居民主体地位、完善社区管理制度等加强“村改居”社区文化建设的路径。
“村改居”社區文化建設是我國新時期農村文化建設的重要組成部分，對農民的全麵髮展和農村整體精神風貌的改善具有重要意義。文章基于青島市後田社區的實地調查，對“村改居”後田社區文化建設狀況從社區物質文化、精神文化、製度文化和行為文化等方麵進行瞭分析，併提齣瞭搭建社區文化平檯、尊重居民主體地位、完善社區管理製度等加彊“村改居”社區文化建設的路徑。

The cultural construction of ＂country to residence＂ community is an important part of the current rural cultural construction. It＇s very important to farmers＇ all-around development and improvement of rural spiritual style. Based on investigation of Houtian Community of Qingdao, situation of cultural construction since it changed from country to residence was analyzed from material culture, spiritual culture, system culture and behavior culture, etc. The path of strengthening cultural construction of ＂country to residence＂ community was suggested from setting up cultural platform of residence community, respecting objective position of residents, perfecting management system of residence community, etc.
