大学引领文化的功能主要体现在弘扬优秀的传统文化、借鉴先进的外来文化、培育引领时代的新型文化。山东高校坐落于齐鲁大地，以其对齐鲁文化的研究、传播、开发和提炼来实现弘扬传统文化、引领文化发展的历史使命。一要注重发掘地缘历史文化资源，搭建教学研究平台，形成齐鲁文化研究优势；二要依托丰富多样的媒介形式，扩大齐鲁文化的影响范围，提升其价值和意义；三要弘扬齐鲁文化的优良传统．切实加强自身的文化建设，进一步优化育人环境。

The culture-leading function of university mainly reflects in carrying forward excellent traditional culture,learning from foreign culture and cultivating contemporary culture.Universities located in Shandong province achieve their historic mission of promoting cultural tradition by studying,propagating,cultivating and refining Qilu culture.First of all,universities should pay attention to develop district culture resources and build the teaching platform.Secondly,universities have to enlarge the influence of Qilu culture relying on various types of media,as well as promoting its value.Then the excellent tradition of Qilu culture should be enhanced,which requires the teaching environment of universities being further optimized.
