为了保障桥梁安全,移动模架必须进行竖向荷载静压试验,试验期间的变形观测是计算弹性变形和非弹性变形及进行预拱度设置的基础.讨论了移动模架试压试验的变形监测点的选择、变形观测方法和挠度计算方法、弹性变形量和非弹性变形量的求解计算和预拱度设置等问题.实践表明,变形观测方法要以不低于二等精密水准测量的精度为宜;弹性变形应根据混凝土实际密度计算,并用实验数据进行修正;造桥机主梁荷载作用后的弹性变形影响在预拱度设置值计算时应一并考虑.
為瞭保障橋樑安全,移動模架必鬚進行豎嚮荷載靜壓試驗,試驗期間的變形觀測是計算彈性變形和非彈性變形及進行預拱度設置的基礎.討論瞭移動模架試壓試驗的變形鑑測點的選擇、變形觀測方法和撓度計算方法、彈性變形量和非彈性變形量的求解計算和預拱度設置等問題.實踐錶明,變形觀測方法要以不低于二等精密水準測量的精度為宜;彈性變形應根據混凝土實際密度計算,併用實驗數據進行脩正;造橋機主樑荷載作用後的彈性變形影響在預拱度設置值計算時應一併攷慮.

In order to ensure the safety of a bridge, vertical load static pressure experiment must be done on a Movable Scaffolding System, in which the deformation observation is the foundation of elastic deformations, inelastic deformations and pre-camber setting calculations. This paper introduced the arrangement of the deformation monitoring points, discussed the deformation measurement methods, presented the computational results of elastic and inelastic deformations, and gave the pre-camber arrangement detail in a large bridge MSS test. Engineering practice has shown that the technology completely meets the accuracy requirements of bridge con- struction and has a bright future.
