明中后期是我国思想史上一个颇为值得关注的一个时期,而书院教师无疑是这一时期弘扬思想和传播学术的主力军。文章以独特视角探讨了以明儒罗汝芳为代表的书院教师角色演变的过程,并提出了对当今教师角色扮演的一些思考。

The middle and late of Ming Dynasty is a rather remarkable period in our country history, and college teachers of the time were undoubtedly the main force to carry forward thought and broadcast academic： This article discusses the evo- lution process, of college teachers＇ role in the Ming dynasty , one of whose representatives was Luo Rufang, and reflects upon today＇ s teachers＇ role playing.
