优化工程操作条件、高效节能是优秀工程师必须具备的基本职业技能。我们将优化工程条件融入研究型实验教学过程,使实验者在实验研究中掌握工程条件的优化方法,应用实验结论有效地进行工业放大,从而提高解决工程实际问题的能力。本文以离心泵特性曲线测定和转盘萃取塔HOR测定为例,展开了工程条件的优化研究,大大提高了工程研究型实验的教学质量。

Optimizing engineering operating condition, increasing efficiency and saving energy are the bas- ic skills that an outstanding engineer should have. Combining optimization of engineering conditions and exploratory experiment teaching, experimenters will grab the optimization method during the exploratory experiment. By effectively amplifying the results {rom laboratory research into industry, one's ability of solving practical industrial problem is improved. Taking " determination about pump characteristic curves" and "determination about HoR with rotating disc extraction column" as an example, the author il- lustrates the optimization research of engineering conditions and the improvement in the quality of teach- ing engineering exploratory experiment.
