结合新形势下采矿工程专业学生的新要求,通过用人单位反映,指出目前采矿专业毕业生在实践能力方面有明显弱化的现象。分析其中原因,提出应根据时代特点及企业需求不断改进实践教学模式、提高实践教学效果。本文着重从构建实践教学的＂第二课堂＂、强化实践教学环节、加强实验室建设以及提高指导教师实践教学水平这几个方面进行论述。实践效果表明,该方法可提高采矿专业学生实践教学的质量、加强学生实践动手能力。

Under the new situation and employers＇ reflected, combined with the new requirements of the mining en- gineering students, the ability of practical has significantly weaken among mining graduates. Analysis this situation, the result shows that the mode of practice teaching and the education quality of practice teaching should be im- proved. In this article, build the ＂secondary class＂ of practice teaching, strengthen the practice teaching, the labora- tory construction and expounded the standard of teachers＇ practice teaching could be make better. The practice in- dicates that this method can improve the quality of the mining professional practice teaching and strengthen the students＇practical ability.
