Specialized English is an important course, which is in order to make student understood international frontier of subject and cultivate students＇international field. The current situation and problems of English teaching for mining engineering were analyzed. Surround the specialized English teaching mode with the central of oral teach- ing new mining technique and the purpose of cultivating students＂ concrete measures were faculty and improving the neering.
