Coal Mining Geology is one of the important basic special curriculums to the security engineering students. In this paper, based on analysing the characteristics of the curriculum and developed actualities of the sub- ject,and the actual teaching situation in current, teaching reform proposals in the multimedia teaching, practice teaching and bilingual teaching are proposed.
