为了解决作为弱势群体的农业高校大学生普遍存在的就业难问题,尤其是在当前竞争压力下,能够进一步提高农业高校的自主创业竞争力,文章以农业高校在校生为调查对象,呆用问卷调查及数据分析方法,运用SPSS17.0统计软件,对不同性别和专业类别农业高校大学生创业意愿的差异进行了分析,指出农业高校大学业的性别差异对学生创业态度和创业意愿具有显著性影响,理工类专业与农业类专业学生的创业态度在置信度为95%的水平下没有显著性差异,但农业类专业学生的创业意愿低于理工类专业学生;进而提出农业高校应针对不同专业背景学生的特点,因材施教,鼓励不同专业学生在创业活动中积极开展合作,并根据不同专业和不同性别的大学生,有针对性地开展创业教育课程,同时加强对女大学生的创业动机教育,营造良好的创业氛围。

In order to solve the problem of vulnerable groups of students in agricultural universi- ties as the prevalence of the difficult employment problem, especially in the current competitive pressure, can further increase the self--employment competition from agricultural universities a- gainst other universities. Based on questionnaire survey and data analysis of agricultural college students as the object of investigation, conducted by using SPSS17.0 statistical software, the em- ployment intention difference from agricultural university students according to gender and spe- cialty difference is discussed. The analysis reveals that the agricultural university sex differences have a significant effect on students' employment attitude and intention, without significant difference at the confidence level of 95% in the business attitudes of the students between science and engineering specialty and agricultural specialty. However, the students' business will of the agricultural specialty is below that of the polytechnic students. Therefore, the agricultural uni- versities should aim at the different professional background characteristics of students, teach students in accordance with their aptitudes, encourage students of different majors to actively car- ry out cooperation in the activities of establishing a business, and offer employment education courses according to different specialties and different gender students so as to build a good pio- neering atmosphere.
