通过筛选相关药剂,选取3种不同剂量的黄腐酸与悬浮种衣剂进行配比试验(1%黄腐酸配比悬浮种衣剂、3%黄腐酸配比悬浮种衣剂、4%黄腐酸配比悬浮种衣剂),以延长防治棉花立枯病,蓟马、地老虎等病菌,以及地下害虫等伤害。通过田间药效试验,探索使用黄腐酸悬浮种衣剂混配药剂拌种,达到延长药效的最佳途径。通过黄腐酸在棉花苗期缓慢释放有效成分,延长药剂持效期并有效地控制棉花病虫的危害。田间小区试验结果表明:3种黄腐酸配比悬浮种衣剂对棉花病虫害的防治效果在87%~98%之间,试验剂量范围内对棉花生长安全、无药害发生。加入黄腐酸的悬浮种衣剂对提高作物抗病能力.对悬浮种衣剂中杀菌、杀虫类药物都有明显的增效作用,达到悬浮种衣剂的持效期延长的效果,减少农药的使用剂量,保护环境。

A field plot experiment was conducted to study the combined effects of fulvic acid (1%, 3%, 4%) and seedcoating agent on pests and diseases of cotton. The results showed that fulvic acid could improve the control effect of seed coating agent on diseases and pests of cotton, and its control effect was 87%- 98%. No phytotoxicity was observed in the different treatments of seed coating. Moreover, the persisting efficacy of seed coating agent with fulvic acid was pro- longed, and the combination of fulvic acid and seed coating agent could decrease pesticides dose to minimize the negative effects of pesticides on environment.
