电子设备通常都要进行"三防"设计,采取各种防护措施,以提高设备的环境适应能力。在实际工作中发现,采用成熟结构设计、相同材质和表面处理工艺制造的设备,经湿热试验后,设备与安装架接触面中部出现了油漆起泡现象。而以往类似的设备与安装架无论是单独还是组装在一起均能顺利通过湿热试验,油漆表面正常。通过分析和工艺试验,发现起泡是因油漆受湿热水长时间浸泡而导致的。改进设备表面处理工艺或改进安装架结构设计,能有效解决油漆起泡问题。

Three-proof design is usually used in electronic equipment to improve its environmental adaptability.For the equipment manufactured with mature structure,the same material and surface processing technology,the paint blister is found in the middle of the equipment underside during damp heat test.However,the former similar products,whether separated or installed together,have passed the damp heat test successfully and the surface paint is normal.It is found by analysis and processing test that the paint blister occurs because the paint has been dipped in damp-heat water too long during damp heat test.The problem of paint blister can be solved effectively by improving equipment surface processing technology or mounting structure design.
