为满足某电磁场强测试设备需要,同时实现多套天线的波束指向一致性要求,设计了一种翻转平台。在某测试系统中,以车载电动翻转平台为载体,通过驱动车载电动翻转平台,采用包括电动调平、伺服控制、电动升降以及自动锁定等多个动作流程,实现天线波束指向的改变及稳定工作。避免了软波导、天线座的使用,可大大降低系统制造费用,提高系统有效辐射功率和系统可靠性。通过理论分析计算与软件仿真,对主要受力部件进行了强化设计,保证了翻转平台的可靠性和稳定性。

A flip platform is designed to meet the need of a test device for electromagnetic field intensity and to realize unification of beam directions of sets of antennas.In a certain test system,the vehicle-borne electric flip platform is used as a carrier.The change and stable operation of the antenna beam direction can be realized by driving the vehicle-borne electric flip platform and adopting several action flows including electric leveling,sever control,electric lifting and automatic locking.As a result,use of the flexible wave guides and the antenna pedestals can be avoided and thus the manufacturing cost of the system can be greatly reduced,the effective radiation power and the system reliability can be increased.The main force-bearing components are strengthened by the theoretical analysis calculation and software simulation,which ensures the reliability and stability of the electric flip platform.
