在高等教育＂质量工程＂背景下,剖析＂管理学原理＂的学科特点和精品课程建设的内涵和要求,并基于和谐管理理论,在内外环境认知基础上辨识和谐主题,结合课程教学实际,探讨该精品课程建设策略,从＂谐则＂机制构建、＂和则＂机制构建与＂和＂＂谐＂耦合等方面设计该精品课程建设的路径。

재고등교육＂질량공정＂배경하,부석＂관이학원리＂적학과특점화정품과정건설적내함화요구,병기우화해관리이론,재내외배경인지기출상변식화해주제,결합과정교학실제,탐토해정품과정건설책략,종＂해칙＂궤제구건、＂화칙＂궤제구건여＂화＂＂해＂우합등방면설계해정품과정건설적로경。
This paper analyzes the connotation and requirements of the construction of an excellent course in the context of the ＂quality project＂ of higher education. Based on the hexie management theory and combining the teaching practice, it puts forward the strategies for constructing the excellent course, Management Principle and the approaches to designing the course in the aspects of constructing ＂he＂, ＂xie＂ and ＂hexie （harmonious）＂ mechanisms.
