近年来地方本科高校中的汉语言文学专业毕业学生的就业趋向已经由过去的以教育领域为主衍变为多元化趋势,应该建构一套与经济社会发展需要、多元化就业趋势及其职业素养要求相适应的汉语言文学专业课程体系,包括设置若干个与人才市场需求对接度高的专业方向,促进专业课程体系设计的开放性与动态性,不断优化课程结构。

In recent years, there has been a great change in graduates＇ employment orientation of Chinese Language and Liter-ature Specialty （CLLS） of a local college. It changes from the former educational field to a diversity of professions. To meet the de- mands of the economic and social development, diversification of employment orientation and professional accomplishment, we should establish an appropriate curriculum system including some specialties which can dock the employment market highly so as to promote the open and dynamic design of professional curriculum system and optimize curriculum structure continuously.
