The article briefly introduces the method to the maths model of height anomaly surface fitting. Taking one about 25 km^2 survey area as an example, it selects the distribution scheme known fitting points,respectively adopts 4,5, 6 parameter surface fitting legitimate and mobile surface fitting method to fit the height anomaly, then compares and analyzes the fitting results with fourth level measured results, and finally draw some oractical and significant conclusions.
