采用抽血化验方法研究急性力竭运动后桑拿浴对人体白细胞系中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞数量的影响.结果表明：运动后桑拿组桑拿浴后白细胞总数显著高于对照组,中性粒细胞数目较自身运动后即刻增多,而淋巴细胞数目基本不受桑拿浴的影响.
採用抽血化驗方法研究急性力竭運動後桑拿浴對人體白細胞繫中性粒細胞、淋巴細胞、單覈細胞數量的影響.結果錶明：運動後桑拿組桑拿浴後白細胞總數顯著高于對照組,中性粒細胞數目較自身運動後即刻增多,而淋巴細胞數目基本不受桑拿浴的影響.

The effect of a sauna was studied on the number of the total white blood cells, neutrophil, lymphocyte and rnonocyte after acute exhausting exercise by blood tests. The results showed that the total white blood ceils of the sauna after exercise group was higher obviously than that of the simple exercise group at postexercise 1 h,The number of neutrophil 1 h after exercise was higher than that immediately after exercise significant, but the number of lymphocytes without sauna effect.
