为研究消失模模样尺寸精度的影响因素,测量了成型模样的收缩率,分析了珠粒预发密度、预发珠粒时效时间、成型蒸汽压力、成型冷却方式和模样几何形状对模样尺寸精度的影响。结果表明,加大珠粒的预发密度、延长预发珠粒的时效时间、加大模样成型时的蒸汽压力、采用真空冷却,均可以减小模样收缩率。
為研究消失模模樣呎吋精度的影響因素,測量瞭成型模樣的收縮率,分析瞭珠粒預髮密度、預髮珠粒時效時間、成型蒸汽壓力、成型冷卻方式和模樣幾何形狀對模樣呎吋精度的影響。結果錶明,加大珠粒的預髮密度、延長預髮珠粒的時效時間、加大模樣成型時的蒸汽壓力、採用真空冷卻,均可以減小模樣收縮率。

To study the factors of dimensional accuracy for EPC pattern, the shrinkage rate for shaped pattern was measured. The effects of the density of pre-expansion beads, aging time of pre-expansion beads, shaped vapour pressure, shaped cooling type and geometric shape of pattern on dimensional accuracy for pattern were analyzed. The results show that the denser pre-expansion beads, the longer aging time, the larger vapour pressure and using vacuum cooling can decrease the shrinkage rate for EPC pattern.
