Salt industry is a historic ancient industry which is related to national economy and people＇s livelihood. Both productive salt enterprises and marketable salt enterprises contribute a lot to human society, especially food safety and the health of people. This paper focuses on talking about the outstanding contribution and far-reaching influence of Jiangxi Jinghao Salt and Chemical Company （Jiangxi Salt Mine） to the salt industry in China.
