摘要:在介绍山东泰山钢铁集团有限公司1800mm炉卷轧机设备特点的基础上,分析了带钢头尾厚度偏差形成的原因。针对这些原因,在工艺控制方法上采取了最小化头尾温降、改进头尾辊缝控制、温度补偿以及综合应用压力AGC和监控AGC等削减厚度偏差的相应措施,改进后使带钢头尾厚度公差大大减小。实践表明,带钢头尾厚度偏差的存在不是一个单纯设备问题或控制问题,而是一个综合性问题,需要在设备、生产工艺以及工艺控制等方面综合实施减小厚度公差的方法,才能取得很好效果。
摘要:在介紹山東泰山鋼鐵集糰有限公司1800mm爐捲軋機設備特點的基礎上,分析瞭帶鋼頭尾厚度偏差形成的原因。針對這些原因,在工藝控製方法上採取瞭最小化頭尾溫降、改進頭尾輥縫控製、溫度補償以及綜閤應用壓力AGC和鑑控AGC等削減厚度偏差的相應措施,改進後使帶鋼頭尾厚度公差大大減小。實踐錶明,帶鋼頭尾厚度偏差的存在不是一箇單純設備問題或控製問題,而是一箇綜閤性問題,需要在設備、生產工藝以及工藝控製等方麵綜閤實施減小厚度公差的方法,纔能取得很好效果。

Abstract: This paper analyzed the reasons that head and tail thickness deviations occurred after dis- cussing the equipments features of 1 800 mm steckle mill in Shandong Taishan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. Some steps on equipments, such as minimizing the head and tail temperature drop and im- proving the head and tail gap settings in technical control, and comprehensive application of pressure AGC and monitor AGC and so on, are taken to decrease the thickness tolerance, which reduced the head and tail thickness deviations of steckle mill. Practice indicated that the head and tail thickness deviation is not only a problem caused by the equipments or control, but a complex problem. It needs to combine the equipment, production technique, technical control and so on, to reduce the thickness deviations and obtain good effects.
