摘要:为了提高板坯库天车作业效率,结合钢铁厂板坯库生产的特点,我们开发了天车无线系统,实现了天车任务的自动编制、下达、分配和执行。本文阐述了天车无线系统的设计思想,包括无线系统架构、网络设置、系统功能等,以及无线系统的实施方案,包括无线网络设计和无线发射站的布置,最后提出了无线设备安装的注意事项。系统在某钢厂上线后,提高了天车作业效率,应用效果较好。

Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of slab yard cranes, combined with iron and steel plant production features of slab yard, we developed the crane wireless system and realized automatic plan- ning, assigning, distributing, and executing of crane tasks. This article expounds the design idea of the crane wireless system, which including the framework of the system, network settings and system func- tions, etc. In addition, the article describes the system implementation scheme, which including wire- less net design, wireless transmitting station set, also proposes wireless equipment installation notes. Af- ter the system has been used, efficiency of cranes is improved, better application result is achieved.
