交通影响评价是分析评价项目建成后对周边路网交通影响的一种评价方式,是目前我国解决城市土地开发与交通系统间矛盾的最有效途径之一。以绵阳市富临东方广场为研究背景,通过调查及采用四阶段法预测目标年背景交通量与项目生成量,做出交通影响程度评价,最后提出对策以减小其影响程度。

Traffic impact assessment is an analysis and evaluation of the influence of network traffic after the completion of the project, and it is the most effective one way to solve the contradiction between the urban land development and the traffic system at present in our country. In this paper, with the background of the Oriental plaza in mianyang city, through the survey and four stages to forecast the background traffic flow and generation amount in target years. Then make evaluation, and finally put forward countermeasures to reduce traffic influence degree.
