通过分析各种条件下的行人过街速度，对哈尔滨市三个大型信号交叉口的不同时段、区域和年龄群体的行人过街时的相关参数进行调查，应用统计学研究的方法对数据进行对比分析，可以计算在各类因素作用下的行人步行过街速度。在此基础上，推荐合理的交叉口行人过街设计速度，可为计算信号交叉口处的行人过街信号灯配时和制定相关政策以及管理设施的设置提供依据。

Through analyzing crossing speed of pedestrian at signalized intersection. A survey was undertaken to acquire information on crossing speed under variety of situations. Following review of the survey results, statistical analysis was implemented in order to study the impact on pedestrian speed by different factors. By this methodology,providing a design pedestrian speed at intersection for revision of the current intersection design standard and transportation policy.
