坑槽是一种极为常见的道路病害,如若修补不及时,就会造成路面结构大面积破坏,影响车辆正常通行。目前修补方法多采用热拌沥青混合料,这种方法技术复杂,对温度的要求很高,并且不适合冬季及雨雪天气施工。冷补材料具有操作简便、高效节能、快速及时、易于储存等优点,特别是可以在较低的温度下进行施工,是一种可行的坑槽修补材料。本文分析路面坑槽产生的原因,冷补材料的特点、强度形成机理。

Pit slot is an extremely common road disease. If not timely being repaired, it will cause extensive damage to the pavement structure and affect the vehicles to pass normally. At present the repairing methods mostly use heat asphalt admixture, and this method needs complex technology, strict temperature. It is not suitable for winter and rain and snow weather construction. Cold patching mixture is a feasible pit slot repairing material with simple construction technology, high efficiency and energy saving, timely, easy to store, and especially can be constructed under the lower temperature. The paper has analyzed the cau- ses of the pit slot, character, strength formation mechanism of cold patching mixture.
