The pretreatment method for detecting organophosphorus pesticides in vegetable oil according to GB/TS009.20 -2003 is very complex and the effect is not very well either. A new sample pretreatment method with mixed solvent extraction and Florisil solid phase extraction column purification was established after trial and error, which is proved simple with high recovery rate of all pesticides.
