建立了番茄中多茵灵和啶虫脒的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC—MS/MS)测定方法。样品经乙腈提取后.用Sep-pakvac固相萃取柱净化,以乙腈和甲酸-乙酸铵缓冲溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,采用HPLC-MS/MS电喷雾正离子(ESI+)电离,多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,基质匹配外标法定量。结果表明,多茵灵和啶虫脒在1-100ng/mL范围内均具有良好的线性关系,相关系数不低于0.9985,平均加标回收率为87.4%-96.8%,相对标准偏差为3.7%-6.9%。该方法具有简单、快速、灵敏度高和定性准确等优点,能够满足多茵灵和啶虫脒残留分析的要求。

A high performance liquid chromatography--tandem mass spectrophy(HPLC-MS/MS)was developed for determination of carbendazim and acetamiprid residues in tomato. The samples were extracted by acetonitrile,and purified by Sep-pak vac solid-phase extraction column. Acetonitrile and formic acid-ammonium acetate buffer were used as mobile phase by gradient elution. The analysis of target compounds was carried out by HPLC-MS/MS under positive electrospray ionization (ESI+)and multiple reaction monitoring (MRM)mode. A matrix matched external standard was used for quantitative analysis. The calibration curves were in good linearity between the peak area and the concentration of 1-100 ng,/mL for carbendazim and acetamiprid with correlation coefficients not less than 0.998 5. The average spiked recoveries ranged from 87,4% to 96.8% with relative standard deviations of 3.7%-6.9%. The proposed method was simple, rapid, sensetive and accurate,it could meet the requirements of residue analysis.
