实验室条件下研究不同浓度抗茵肽对辣椒青枯病菌的抑茵活性及药效结果表明:不同浓度抗茵肽均有抑茵作用且效果稳定。以浓度为2.5mg/L时增效作用最明显,EC50为69.5330mg/L;其次是1.4mg/L,EC50为226.3761mg/L;1.0mg/L对辣椒青枯病菌的抑制活性较低。

The research on antibacterial activity of antimicrobial peptide with different concentrations against ralstonia solanacearum in laboratory was conducted. The results showed that antimicrobial peptide with different concentrations had stable inhibitory effect. It achieved the best synergy when concentration was 2.5 mg/L and ECs0 was 69.533 mg/L,the second was 1.4 mg/L and ECho was 226.376 1 mg/L,the antibacterial activity was lower with 1.0 mg/L.
