针对甘肃省核桃种植中种苗质量差、产量低的现象,进行了核桃高接换优试验,对接穗采取装土保湿皮下舌接、蜡封接穗皮下舌接、恒温冷藏皮下舌接等措施。结果表明:接穗恒温冷藏皮下舌接接穗成活率和株成活率均高于装土保湿皮下舌接、蜡封接穗皮下舌接方式。
針對甘肅省覈桃種植中種苗質量差、產量低的現象,進行瞭覈桃高接換優試驗,對接穗採取裝土保濕皮下舌接、蠟封接穗皮下舌接、恆溫冷藏皮下舌接等措施。結果錶明:接穗恆溫冷藏皮下舌接接穗成活率和株成活率均高于裝土保濕皮下舌接、蠟封接穗皮下舌接方式。
침대감숙성핵도충식중충묘질량차、산량저적현상,진행료핵도고접환우시험,대접수채취장토보습피하설접、사봉접수피하설접、항온랭장피하설접등조시。결과표명:접수항온랭장피하설접접수성활솔화주성활솔균고우장토보습피하설접、사봉접수피하설접방식。
Based on the problems of the poor quality and the lower yield of walnut seedlings planting in Gansu province,the experiment on the higher grafting was carried out. The methods included soil moisture subcutaneous tongue grafting,wax sealing scion subcutaneous tongue grafting and scion refrigerated subcutaneous tongue grafting. The results showed that the survival rate of an individual plant and branch for scion refrigerated subeutaneous tongue grafting was higher than that for soil moisture subcutaneous tongue grafting and wax sealing scion subcutaneous tongue grafting.
