中外教育领域的人文素养构建由来已久,由于受科学主义教育的影响,造成小学教师的人文素养缺失。随着新世纪信息时代的到来,教师个体必须增加人文素养积淀、克服对科学与人文的狭隘理解,实现科学素养与人文素养的融合,成为有独特个性和丰富情感的人;学校要搭建构建人文管理平台,注重情感的亲和力与凝聚力,构建专业教育与人文融合的理念,促进小学教师人文素养的提高。

The construction of humanistic quality in Chinese and foreign education circle has existed for a long time.Science-oriented education,however,has led to the lack of humanistic quality of primary school teachers.With the arrival of information age in the new century,teachers must increase humanities accumulation to overcome the narrow understanding of science and humanities to achieve combination of scientific literacy and humanistic quality,and to become the persons with unique personality and rich emotion.Schools should build humanity management platform,pay attention to the emotional affinity and cohesion,establish the ideas of integrating professional education with humanity,and promote primary school teachers humanistic quality.
