以三明市郊区为例，对农民专业合作社的发展概况、发展特色与存在问题进行分析，提出：引导合作社之间的联合或重组；推进设施农业等生产基地建设；发展多功能的休闲观光农业合作社；以创建示范社为抓手，加快构建指导服务体系；加大政策扶持力度，改善资金供给不足状态等对策。

Taking Sanming suburbs as an example, the general situation, development characteristic and existence problem of farmer＇ s professional cooperative was analyzed, and put forward some , including guiding union or reorganization among different coopratives ; advancing the construction of production bases, such as facility agriculture; developing the cooperative agencies of multifunctional leisure agriculture ; creating model cooperatives, accelerating the construction of guidance and service system for different cooperatives; increasing policy support, improving the capital supply and so on.
