为了解决‘古茶2号’茶薪菇新品种的配套技术问题,以赤霉素(GA3)、三十烷醇(triacontanol)、α-萘乙酸(α-naphthal eneacetic acid)为试验材料,对茶薪菇的幼菇及培养基进行处理。结果表明,用5.0mg/L的赤霉素溶液、0.5mg/L的三十烷醇、15mg/L的α-萘乙酸溶液处理茶薪菇‘古茶2号’后,产量分别比对照组(CK)提高了23.3%、18.6%和18.2%,全部为P〈0.05,说明它们与对照组间的差异显著。结果表明,用上述浓度的赤霉素、三十烷醇、α-萘乙酸溶液,处理茶薪菇‘古茶2号’能显著提高产量,其中赤霉素的效果最好。

In order to solve the matching technology of the new varieties of Agrocybe chaxingu’ Ancient tea 2 ’,the author took GA3,triacontanol,α-naphthal eneacetic acid as the test material of Agrocybe chaxingu mushroom bud and medium for processing.The results showed that the concentration of 5.0 mg/L of the GA3 solution,the concentration of 0.5 mg/L of triacontanol solution,the concentration of 15 mg/L of α-naphthal eneacetic acid solution,dealing with the Agrocybe chaxingu’ Ancient tea 2 ’,the yields were higher than the control group(CK) increased 23.3%,18.6% and 18.2%,all P〉0.05,indicating that they differed between the control group significantly.That,with the concentration of GA3,triacontanol,α-naphthal eneacetic acid solution to deal with Agrocybe chaxingu’ Ancient tea 2 ’ could significantly increase production,in which GA3 was the best.
