From the respects of geological and topographic conditions, project arrangement, construction organization and channel regulation, the article made a comprehensive comparative analysis of the upper, middle and lower dam location plan of Guangxi Youjiang Yuliang Shipping Hinge Project.It is proved that the plan for middle dam location is featured by great cost effectiveness in terms of technology.
