三叠系储层微裂缝发育,注水且具有明显的方向性,容易造成注入水沿微裂缝发育方向快速推进,而使油井水淹,采油三厂大部分三叠系油藏已经进入中高含水期,受储层微裂缝、高渗带、初期压裂规模较大、超前注水等综合因素影响,水淹井数呈逐年上升趋势,甚至迅速水淹,产能损失严重。针对这一生产矛盾,近年来采油三厂在充分调研各种堵剂体系的基础上,结合采油三厂低孔、低渗、微裂缝发育的油藏特征,研究剩余油分布规律,遵循“注的进、堵的住、安全性强”的原则,先后研发、引进智能弱凝胶、微纳米堵水凝胶、裂缝封堵剂等堵水材料进行油井堵水现场试验,并取得了较好效果,为后期油田高效开发提供了一定的借鉴。
