卫383-FP1井是中石化集团公司在中原油田投资的首口非常规开发水平井。完钻井深4496m／垂深3670．74m，最大井斜度88．30°／4470．60m，水平段长708．25m，四开采用φ152．4mm钻头钻进，钻井液类型为烷基糖苷（APG）无土相钻井液。该体系流变性、抑制性和润滑性良好，具有较好抗温和抗污染能力，并具有良好的油气层保护效果。现场应用表明，钻井液性能稳定，携岩带砂效果好，现场配制与维护简便，很好地解决了因水平位移大、井斜角大导致的井眼清洁和摩阻升高等问题。

Well Wei 383-FP1 is the first unconventional development horizontal well which was invested by SINOPEC in Zhongyuan Oilfield, with the total depth 4 496m/vertical depth 3 670.74 m, the maximum deviation angle 88.30°/4 470.60 m, and the length of the hori- zontal section 708.25 m. The 4th spud was drilled with dP152.4 mm drill bits. The alkyl polyglucosides （APG） clay-free drilling fluid was adopted. The system has better perfor- mance in rheology, inhibition and lubricity, which also has better heat tolerance, contamina- tion tolerance and reservoir protection effect. It was showed that the drilling fluid had stable properties, good cuttings carrying capacity, and easy method to prepare and maintain in field application. It has been solved the problems include hole cleaning and friction increasing be- cause of great horizontal displacement and high deviation angle in drilling wells successfully.
