Aiming at problems of culturing of personnel talents of radio, film and television in colleges and universities in the situation of the integration of media, the authors put forward basic thoughts of construction model and system of building the primary radio and television talent team. From aspects of perfecting the construction of teachers, curriculum system optimization and strengthening practical link, the authors expounded growth pattern and education method of personnel talents of radio, film and television, which promoted development of the management level of China＇ s film industry and the overall service.
