采用丙酮震荡提取样品,在水解衍生的步骤中创造性地使用试管加入吡啶盐酸盐,于220℃的烘箱里水解1.5 h,经过处理后使用气相色谱ECD进行测定。结果表明:该方法的线性范围为0.005~0.500 ng,相关系数为0.999 9;对香蕉、绿橙、花牛苹果、青苹果、猕猴桃、砀山梨6种空白基质分别进行了0.01、0.10、1.00mg/kg 3个水平加标,其回收率为81.0%~106.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)为0.3%~5.7%;该方法的最低检出限为0.01 mg/kg,并且烘箱水解的新方法操作简便,提高了检测效率。说明该方法具有快速、便捷、安全、清洁、成本低的特点,可满足大批量水果样品中咪鲜胺残留量的分析要求。

The samples were extracted from acetone after concussion.The procedure of hydrolysis derivation was in test tube with pyridine hydrochlorate.The mixture was hydrolyzed in drying oven at 220℃ for 1.5 h.After treatment the sample was detected by ECD.This method was linearity from 0.01~10.00 ng(R2=0.999 9).0.01,0.1,1 mg/kg prochloraz standard solution were added into banana,green orange,Huaniu apple,green apple,Chinese gooseberry and Dangshan pear blank sample and the recoveries were 81.0%~106.4%.(RSD,n=5) were 0.3%~5.7%.The lower detection limit for prochloraz was 0.01 mg/kg.This method was simple,efficient,quick,convenient,safe,clean,low-cost and could satisfy the requirement of large sample residual analysis.
