为了加速甜(辣)椒世代繁殖,利用植物组织培养技术将甜(辣)椒不同成熟度的幼胚进行离体培养研究。结果表明,将授粉后生长30~35 d的幼胚接种到MS基本培养基上进行培养,每代可缩短种子成熟期20~30 d,2年可繁殖5~6代。

위료가속첨(랄)초세대번식,이용식물조직배양기술장첨(랄)초불동성숙도적유배진행리체배양연구。결과표명,장수분후생장30~35 d적유배접충도MS기본배양기상진행배양,매대가축단충자성숙기20~30 d,2년가번식5~6대。
In order to accelerate propagation generations of sweet(hot) pepper,using the plant culture technology,immature embryos of different maturity in sweet(hot) pepper were cultured in vitro.The results showed the immature embryos growing 30-35 days after pollination were cultured on the MS medium,20-30 days may be shortened for one generation,thus 5-6 generations can be achieved within two years.
