针对洗消车液压传动系统的结构特点,设计以TMS320F2812为核心的控制系统,使传动系统驱动马达在发动机转速变化和负载扰动的情况下能够按照指定工况工作,并控制马达转速波动在指定范围;详细阐述了控制系统的硬件设计和软件算法,并运用基于规则的智能PID控制算法改进了控制系统应对发动机转速突变的能力。通过车载试验证明,控制系统性能初步满足各项洗消车作业需求。
針對洗消車液壓傳動繫統的結構特點,設計以TMS320F2812為覈心的控製繫統,使傳動繫統驅動馬達在髮動機轉速變化和負載擾動的情況下能夠按照指定工況工作,併控製馬達轉速波動在指定範圍;詳細闡述瞭控製繫統的硬件設計和軟件算法,併運用基于規則的智能PID控製算法改進瞭控製繫統應對髮動機轉速突變的能力。通過車載試驗證明,控製繫統性能初步滿足各項洗消車作業需求。
