文章以闽南俗语作为切入点，探讨分析闽南小吃与俗语的巧妙嫁接。抓住与小吃相关的食具、俗语的文化内涵，从历史的角度阐释闽南俗语的思维模式、民本规则与文化积淀，提出未来发展小吃文化、发展闽台特色文化产业的重要性，对闽南文化研究具有现实意义。

With Southern Fujian proverbs as data, the interaction of the local snack and folk adages is analyzed to describe the cultural connotation of the snack cookers and folk adages. The thinking model,rules and culture of the Southern Fujian idioms are explained from a history perspective. The significance of developing the snack culture, as well as the special cultural industry,is highlighted.
