Based on analysing the situation and opportunities of higher vocational education development,according to the new request of social service ability construction in university, taking Guangxi Technological College of Machinery and Electricity as a case, this paper expounds the construction of national model vocational colleges,and the effective measures of strengthening the social service ability.
