应用型人才的培养必须结合地域文化特色和区域经济特色来开展。泛北部湾区域经济视野下广西高校经管类专业应用型人才培养教育能力相对弱势但处于积极探索阶段,地缘优势和文化接近优势转化成应用型人才培养教育优势的不充分、师生实践教学环节互动差等制约因素,可以通过广西高校国际化、应用型人才培养中实行＂本科生导师制＂、＂一高一低＂加强实践教学等方法来解决。
應用型人纔的培養必鬚結閤地域文化特色和區域經濟特色來開展。汎北部灣區域經濟視野下廣西高校經管類專業應用型人纔培養教育能力相對弱勢但處于積極探索階段,地緣優勢和文化接近優勢轉化成應用型人纔培養教育優勢的不充分、師生實踐教學環節互動差等製約因素,可以通過廣西高校國際化、應用型人纔培養中實行＂本科生導師製＂、＂一高一低＂加彊實踐教學等方法來解決。

To carry out the cultivation of applied talents must combine regional cultural features and regional economic character- istic. From the regional economic perspective of the Pan--Beibu--Gulf, the ability of cultivating and educating the applied tal- ents of economics and management major in Guangxi universities is relatively weak and at a positive exploring stage. The con- straints, such as the geographic advantage and cultural proximity advantage are not fully turned into the advantage of cultivating and educating the applied talents, and the poor interaction of practice teaching between teachers and students, can be solved by the methods of Guangxi universities internationalization, implementation of ＂tutorial system＂ in the cultivation of applied talents and ＂one high and one low＂ to strengthen the practice teaching.
