传统商业街区汇集了传统文化与地域特色的精髓,见证了城市的发展历程,是城市历史文化积淀的一个重要组成部分。本文以深圳的东门老街为研究对象,运用空间句法的理论从空间形态和空间结构两个方面来解读东门的空间特征,归纳出问题产生的根源,提出适合东门老街的保护与更新策略的建议,以期对中国传统商业街建设提供一条可持续发展的道路,以利社会、文化、经济效益的更大程度提升。
傳統商業街區彙集瞭傳統文化與地域特色的精髓,見證瞭城市的髮展歷程,是城市歷史文化積澱的一箇重要組成部分。本文以深圳的東門老街為研究對象,運用空間句法的理論從空間形態和空間結構兩箇方麵來解讀東門的空間特徵,歸納齣問題產生的根源,提齣適閤東門老街的保護與更新策略的建議,以期對中國傳統商業街建設提供一條可持續髮展的道路,以利社會、文化、經濟效益的更大程度提升。

Accumulating the essence of traditional culture and regional characteristics and witnessing the urban development, the traditional commercial street plays an important role in the traditional culture. This article investigates the spatial characteristics of Dongmen commercial pedestrian street in Shenzhen based on two aspects of the space syntax theory： space structure and space form. In conclusion, we find out the source of the problems, put forward the protection and renewal strategies for the traditional commercial street, expecting to provide a sustainable way for the development of Chinese traditional commercial streets and further promote the social, cultural, and economic benefits.
