变电站中智能电子设备由于通信规约不统一,系统难以实现集成,即使能集成系统也会导致系统不具开放性、扩展性和设备的即插即用性,设备间也不具备互操作性。针对以上问题,基于IEC61850规约设计了一种满足数字化变电站要求的智能电子设备控制器。该设计基于嵌入式实时操作系统和微控制芯片,遵循IEC61850规约,采用嵌入式技术,实现对一次设备的数据采集和状态信息汇集。讨论了软件系统与硬件系统设计,研究了报文协议在μC/OS-Ⅱ中的实现。实验测试表明,该设计可满足在Internet网方式下的IEC61850规约对数据信息传输要求,有利于实现变电站控制操作的信息资源共享。

In order to overcome the puzzle that it is difficult to achieve system integration due to the disunity of communication protocol for intelligent electronic device in the substation, even if it could make system integrate but it does not own the openness, expandability, plug and play of device as well as interoperability among devices, and based on protocol of IEC61850, the paper designed a sort of IED controller which satisfied the demand of digital substation. In the design, it adopted the embedded technology, based on the embedded real time operating system and embedded microcontroller, followed the protocol of IEC61850, made the data acquisition and state information collecting. In the paper, it discussed the design of hardware and software system, explored the message protocol realiza- tion in the real time operating system of uC/OS- II. The experiment test shows that it can satisfy the demand of data information transmission in protocol of IEC61850 under, the pattern of Internet, and it is propitious to resource share of substation control operating.
