基于虚拟仪器技术开发了电液伺服阀特性测控系统。通过对电液伺服阀的静态特性测试与动态特性测试实验来衡量Atos伺服阀性能的好坏。上位机采用LabVIEW 2010作为程序开发平台,设计出界面友好、操作方便的实验测控系统。本系统稳定可靠,在实验教学以及科研中使用效果良好,将机电液一体化技术相结合,并引进虚拟仪器技术,设计了很好的实践平台,可为工程机械液压测控系统的设计提供参考。
基于虛擬儀器技術開髮瞭電液伺服閥特性測控繫統。通過對電液伺服閥的靜態特性測試與動態特性測試實驗來衡量Atos伺服閥性能的好壞。上位機採用LabVIEW 2010作為程序開髮平檯,設計齣界麵友好、操作方便的實驗測控繫統。本繫統穩定可靠,在實驗教學以及科研中使用效果良好,將機電液一體化技術相結閤,併引進虛擬儀器技術,設計瞭很好的實踐平檯,可為工程機械液壓測控繫統的設計提供參攷。

Based on virtual instrument technology, this paper developed the testing and control system for the hydraulic servo valve. The experiments of static and dynamic characteristics test of electro-hydraulic servo valve can measure the performance of the Atos servo valve. The system which uses the LabVIEW2010 platform is friendly and convenient. It is stable and reliable, with favorable results in the experimental teaching and research. Hydraulic integration is the combination, and the introduction of the virtual instrument technology to provide students with a good platform for practice, and the control system gives a certain reference to construction machinery engineering
