以长白山欧李绿枝扦插苗为试验材料,以0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%四个NaCl浓度水平为试验药剂,研究盐胁迫对其叶片及新梢生长的影响,结果表明:盐胁迫下长白山欧李绿枝苗的叶片长度、叶片宽度及新梢长度都受到了一定的影响。表现为随着NaCl处理浓度的增大,叶片长度减小、叶片宽度增大;新梢生长量下降;当NaCl处理浓度达到0.6%以上时,会导致植株死亡。
以長白山歐李綠枝扢插苗為試驗材料,以0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%四箇NaCl濃度水平為試驗藥劑,研究鹽脅迫對其葉片及新梢生長的影響,結果錶明:鹽脅迫下長白山歐李綠枝苗的葉片長度、葉片寬度及新梢長度都受到瞭一定的影響。錶現為隨著NaCl處理濃度的增大,葉片長度減小、葉片寬度增大;新梢生長量下降;噹NaCl處理濃度達到0.6%以上時,會導緻植株死亡。
이장백산구리록지천삽묘위시험재료,이0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%사개NaCl농도수평위시험약제,연구염협박대기협편급신소생장적영향,결과표명:염협박하장백산구리록지묘적협편장도、협편관도급신소장도도수도료일정적영향。표현위수착NaCl처리농도적증대,협편장도감소、협편관도증대;신소생장량하강;당NaCl처리농도체도0.6%이상시,회도치식주사망。
Taking softwood cuttings seedlings of Changbai Mountain Prunus humilis as test materials,and taking 0.2%,0.4%,0.6%, 0.8% four density level of NaCl as test pharmacy to research the effects of salt stress on the growth of leaves and shoots,the results showed that the leaves length,leaves width and shoots length of Changbai Mountain Prunus humilis all had certain effects because of salt stress.Expressed as the leave length became decreasing,the leave width became increasing with the density of NaCl increasing,and the plant became dead when the density of NaCl reached 0.6%.
