本轮金融危机发生以来，国际融资租赁呈现出业务量增长迅速、业务涉及领域更广、发展中国家作用凸显等新的发展趋势。在传统金融租赁方式的基础上衍生出杠杆融资租赁、项目融资租赁、结构式参与融资租赁等多种新兴模式。我国应从大力发展出口融资租赁、拓宽融资租赁机构的融资渠道、加大对融资租赁业的政策激励等方面着手，增强国际融资租赁的竞争力。

After the global financial crisis, the intemational financial leasing is beginning to show some new trends ： the growth of the volume of business is rapid, the area of the business involves are wide and the role of developing countries is highlighted. On the basis of the traditional financial lease, the new economic situations derivative leveraged finance leasing, pro- ject financing, leasing, structured participation in finance leases and other emerging modes. In the new situation, China should strengthen the development of export finance lease, broaden the financing channels of finance leases, increase the financial leasing industry policy incentives, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of intemational financial leasing of China.
